Text Mini Project
Images gathered from two books of my personal collection. The Graphic images are from my copy of the "Hours of Catherine of Cleves". The few images of women within this book portrayed them in some sort of maternal or caretaker role. Unlike the men in this book who were portrayed in a wide variety of roles. The text is from a antique book of American poetry I received while cleaning out my late grandfather's house. Excerpts of two Elinor Wylie poems "Let No Charitable Hope" & "True Vine". I chose these excerpts as I felt they speak to Kafkaesque confines of so called "Biblical Christianity". So under the watchful eyes of those old guys in the flower buds I decided to mash all of this together and make my own divine manuscript. R-R-R-REMIX!!!!
